Learning opportunities for seniors
Are you retired or semi-retired?
Let yourself grow through U3A

The University of the Third Age (U3A) is a self-help international organisation, where retired and semi-retired people over the age of 50 provide courses for each other. Our courses range from academic classes to a relaxed social get-together. Browse our Frequently Asked Questions page to find out more about how we operate.

Membership is only $60 a year and this entitles you to attend as many classes in 2019 as you choose.

Cruising in 2019

Golden Princess

In 2017 Newcastle U3A started a cruising program. In October / November 2019 we will board the Golden Princess for an 9-night cruising holiday. This is a slightly complicated adventure, as it involves two back-to-back cruises. You will need to book both cruises and should try to book the same cabin for both. For full details download our detailed 2019 Cruise Information Sheet.

Visit our Contact page to get in touch, or you may choose to visit our FaceBook page.
